Access diagnostics mode on your H212 remote device

If the C220 receiver detects an error, you can access diagnostics mode on your remote device to diagnose the issue. To access diagnostics mode:

1. Put your device in configuration mode.
2. When you're in configuration mode, press the left and right buttons at the same time to enter diagnostics mode.
   

In diagnostics mode, you can see the firmware version of the C220. If the remote shows No Link to Controller, the C220 may not be powered on or the remote hasn't been matched with the C220.
